1. Agreement and operator
By using this website or installing Willer Clipper, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Willer Clipper is published under Willer Enterprises. Full legal-operator and registration details are still being finalised and are not stated here. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Product and launch model
Willer Clipper 0.4.2 is offered as a freeware early prototype. There is currently no paid plan. A future commercial, licensing or advertising model would require clear updated terms before it applied. The website may consider advertising later, but no ad network or advertising script is active today.
3. Permission to use
Willer Enterprises grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use Willer Clipper for lawful clipping on devices you control. You must not redistribute a modified installer as an official Willer release, misuse the update service, bypass security controls, or use the product to harm systems or other people. Rights provided by law, including permitted interoperability, security research or fair dealing, are not restricted where they cannot lawfully be restricted.
4. Your recording responsibilities
You are responsible for what you choose to capture, save, edit and share. Obtain any permission required for copyrighted material, confidential information, other people’s communications, voice recording, workplace systems, games and online services. Do not use Willer Clipper to defeat copy protection, capture content you are not entitled to access, breach game or anti-cheat rules, or unlawfully invade privacy.
5. Local files and backups
Recorded media is stored locally. You are responsible for disk space and backups of clips you need. Editing is designed to create a new output and preserve the original, but hardware, storage, operating-system or application failures can still cause loss. Before uninstalling or repairing, follow the current install and help guidance.
6. WillerID and services
WillerID may restore settings and presets and support profile, device, session, support and potential licensing functions. Keep account credentials secure and notify support of suspected compromise. WillerID does not promise cloud storage of recorded media. Separate Willer services linked from this site may have their own terms.
7. Updates and repair
The release service may announce an update, but the app downloads only after you click. Update and repair packages must pass release verification. Availability of an older package is not guaranteed; a user-initiated repair may offer the newest compatible verified version if the installed package is unavailable.
8. Compatibility and availability
Capture depends on Windows, graphics/audio devices, drivers, codecs, target applications and their protections. Protected content, minimised windows, HDR, exclusive fullscreen, anti-cheat-sensitive software and multi-GPU arrangements may not work. The service may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Feature descriptions must not be read as a guarantee that every game or system is compatible.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Information about Australian consumer rights is available from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
10. Other liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willer Enterprises is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the product, loss of unsaved recordings, third-party game/service action, or use that breaches these terms. This clause does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Suspension, termination and changes
Access to online services may be suspended for security, unlawful use or material breach. Local rights and remedies that survive termination continue as required by law. Updated terms will show a new effective date, and material changes will be notified appropriately before they apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Australian law and the laws of the Australian state or territory with jurisdiction over the transaction or dispute. Nothing here prevents you from using a court, tribunal or dispute process available under mandatory law.
These terms are a plain-language operational draft for a public early prototype. They are not represented as legal advice or as having completed legal review.
